Rick Case Honda - Worst Service Dept. Horribly Managed
service department was inept, brushed over repair concerns, failed to return calls.The General Manager was rude, totally unaccomodating, accusatory, evasive and lied to me.
Dealership pledges to excel in customer service, when in reality they could have cared less about my service issues. Overall experience was frightful. Buyers beware, these jerks are exactly what is wrong with big companies, they have lost touch with the very people that helped create them. Two Thumbs Way Down.
Think twice before you deal with this Dealership. All of my repairs were covered under factory warranty on a 2010 Genesis which cost $43k new.
The service was not fit for any consumer Imo especially the luxury car segment Genesis and equus owners.Love the car, hate the service which significantly taints the overall Hyundai ownership experience.
