experience started out great, salesman was friendly..was given my monthly payments...took car home and brought in both trade-ins, when given papers to sign it was $50 more a month, was told i had to speak to the finance manager and he said that the additional money was for the warranty or extended protection (which they all tell you is supossed to be included)....i told him i didn't want it and was allready extending our budget so he redid the numbers without warranty and gave me my final price/ monthly payment...final price was $15 over my original given price...they said oh, it's only $15...then you take a $15 per month hit over 6 years...I told them i was returning car at 10A.M., when i showed up no one i spoke to was there....then i found same car, 2 years newer and half the mileage for the same price at carmax and carvana....don't like being decieved even for $15
