Never tow without being present

On Thursday, February 27, 3020, I had my Honda CR-V towed to Rickcase for an appointment at 3:30 PM. I advise the service department my vehicle will be late, as I was waiting on tow service. I was informed that it was okay and that service will be advised. My vehicle reached roughly around 3:50 PM. However, it was taken to collision instead of Service. Collision called to inquire about which insurance will I be using. I informed Barbara my car should have been delivered to Service. I have an appointment and they are waiting for the vehicle. She replied, I'll get the keys to service. An hour later I called back to verify the location of my vehicle and status. Unfortunately, nobody could information concerning my vehicle. I called the collision center once again to receive information as to where my vehicle was located. Barbara tells I put the keys in your service provider box. He's out today. So it want be service until tomorrow. Wait, I did imply my vehicle have an appointment. Why would I want until tomorrow for my vehicle? I would not have schedule an appointment for today. At this point, I begin to call to receive service today only to be continuously transferred to various people, placed on hold, and promises to call back from 4:45 PM to 7 PM. Needless to say, Rickcase Service department is closed, I have no information, and most importantly I have no vehicle. I'm stranded like I was last night on the side of the highway from 11:00 PM until 4:45 A.M. No answers just a lot of questions.

I completely agree with the comment. Bad repairs and very expensive.

I have taken my ODYSSEY VAN many times because the engine light comes on, I have spent $ 800.00 and the problem continues. The post-sale service is a disaster, they only have an interest, money, do not solve the problem of the car they sold.

Rick Case Honda Generator Repair Department I Would Rate a -0

My Honda Generator A EU3000is, was purchased from Rick Case in Davie FL. in the amount of $2,500.00.

It need repairs so I contacted that department and explained I had no way of getting my portable generator to them for service. They sent someone who came and picked it up at my home and brought it in for service. I was called from someone named Alex in service and that they could not repair it and they would be willing to sell me a new one for an amount close to what I paid for my unit originally. If I did not want to purchase a new one come and pick up your generator asap, as we can not store it for you.

up paying $110.00 for them to redeliver my generator back to my home. The thing I have no understanding a Honda product not being able to be repaired unheard of. Why were they not willing to speak to the Honda representative about this generator problem, after all they should be able to carry some weight with Honda after all the equipment they sell on their behalf.

And you really want to know what I think of the Rick Case Organization, you make your own determination, they are not consumer friendly buyer beware. They feel they do not have to respond to anyone.

Rick Case Honda is the most shady, unprofessional place of business I have ever been to. When a “manager” is almost ready to fight me (a 5’1 women) with her one year old child in her arms...speechless!! I left that establishment (who contacted me by the way) shaking and feeling like I had done something wrong when all I wanted to do is trade in my lease for a new one. What type of car dealership doesn’t take care of their customers prior to completing a transaction?? At least from what other reviews say, give me the *** service after I bought the car...All I know is that they will be hearing from me in all capacities...Twitter, BBB, Facebook, Honda Corp, news channels...This will not be brushed off!!!

I have been trying to cancel a warranty with Rick Case Fiat since last August 2017! They have to not made promises but absolutely dropped the ball. They have lost a very loyal customer.

Working Class People Should Not Buy A Car At Rick Case

My check engine light came on Saturday night, so Sunday I took my car to Express Service at Rick Case. They told me they can do my Oil Change only, but for the check engine light I would need to take it to the main service dept on Monday. The Assistant Service Manager checked in the system and saw there was a recall on my spark plugs and that could be the cause of the misfire and jerks. So she told me to bring it to their Service Dept on Monday. I got to Rick Case Monday morning at about 7:30. The service Advisor looked in the system and told me that there was a recall and he would take care of that. I took the shuttle to my house and just about an hr later I got a call from the advisor. He said my car battery is not good and therefore they are unable to run the diagnostics to determine what's wrong with my car. The battery was going to cost $165. After some back and forth about my insisting that my battery worked fine when I brought it in, to him telling me that they aren't able to do anything without me replacing the battery, I went ahead and agreed to replace the battery. A few minutes later, he called me back to say I need to change my 6 spark plugs because the recall doesn't cover them. He continues to say that I should have service my car and had then change them when my car was at 90,000 miles. The cost for this would bring my total bill to $468. With exactly one week before Christmas and I haven't purchased one gift for my 3 children. I need to fork out almost $500 to get my car back. I told the advisor I can't do it. I will pick up my car, don't do anything. A couple minutes later he called me back to day if I replace my battery he will fix the spark plug (it now reached to one spark plug that was defective) and no additional cost. I go back for my car at 12 when they say it's ready. Pay $163 for the battery and while I'm driving out I realize that my radio doesn't turn on. I let them know and almost two hrs later I'm still here waiting for my car back, with a working radio. I wish I can speak to Rick and Rita Case to let them know how exactly I feel right now. Because I don't spend hundreds of dollars on my car here, these people try all kinds of ways to get money from me for things that should be covered by my warranty or even recalls. I am so frustrated and vow never to bring my car back here unless I get a personal call from Rick or Rita Case.

Overpaying for a car Hyundai Sonata

This is to mr. Rick Case!! I am one of the pissed ofF consumers, just going to give you a little run down it took me 4 years to get my credit where I can get Hyundai which I've been wanting for quite a while finally was able to do this by releasing HyundaISonata was thrilled to have this car, but after paying on it for 2 years the financing got2b much which I am paying 379 89 a month and I ask them if I couldn't reduce the amount of the payment at first they told me no and they wouldn't trade let me trade it either for something that I could afford now and I was very disappointed they have it financed for 72 months I am going to be paying $27,307 for this car that sells for a lot less I really feel like I've been taken to the cleaners so to speak you advertised on TV about being honest You're just a bigCrook like. The rest of them!!!!! :( I have I have to I guess give it back because I can no longer afford to make these payments and I have 2 handicap grandsons that are living with me one of them is epileptic and the other one is Down syndrome autistic you ever tell you that you help the handicapped well you helped yourself really really pissed off cuz I'm really disappointed in Rick Case.....

Took my Vehicle in to Rick Case Honda today Dec 20th 2016. to have an Air Bag recall Performed. While I was waiting for them to work on my Vehicle I saw and older mechanic sleeping in a car her was working on. I had to look to make sure he was alive. Then he moved after a few minutes. I almost could not believe what I saw.

experience started out great, salesman was friendly..was given my monthly payments...took car home and brought in both trade-ins, when given papers to sign it was $50 more a month, was told i had to speak to the finance manager and he said that the additional money was for the warranty or extended protection (which they all tell you is supossed to be included)....i told him i didn't want it and was allready extending our budget so he redid the numbers without warranty and gave me my final price/ monthly payment...final price was $15 over my original given price...they said oh, it's only $15...then you take a $15 per month hit over 6 years...I told them i was returning car at 10A.M., when i showed up no one i spoke to was there....then i found same car, 2 years newer and half the mileage for the same price at carmax and carvana....don't like being decieved even for $15

Rick Case Honda - False and Deceptive advertising!!!

Do not buy from rick case no way. They will not give you bottom price online when i went their you will spend hour their and you have to talk to 3 people to try to make a deal . They tell you they beat everyone price after 3 hours their they ended up being the highest price. Then i ask them what happen with my trade in they said 3,000 dollars over kelly blue book my car was 5,000 dollars blue book so they were suppose to add 3,000 , total 8,000 dollars for trade in they offer me 1,000 dollars for my trade in. Also the they tell you your car on car fax says your car been i a reck when i i was the only one that had the car they flat out lyed. to get me to give them my trade in for 1,000 dollars . Every deal they says online is a bs everything don,t buy what ever you do their .They wort place i ever been two in my life

I took my honda in for several recalls, car was working fine. received call saying my transmission went while they had the car?????. 6,000 to fix or trade it in for a 1,000 credit. then they lost my car and now 5 months later, yes 5 months, they want to return the car to me broken or pay the no 2,900 car. new price for them having my car so long. its a scam to make me trade in car. Dont let them servce your car, they just want to force you trade it in, after the give you a repair high repair bill. when I gave them my car there was nothi.g wrong with it.

Rick Case Honda Service Review

My Fiat 500L with 3,285 miles started smoking on I-75 overpass with three lanes of traffic. Could not get car in gear to move to side of road. Thankfully, two guys pushed and I steered to side. Tried to call The Case place 5 times to get some help! No answers... Answers and then shuffled to voicemail... Call back.. No answer!!! Finally I was frantic and given a tow company # for me to call.. I sat for 1 1/2 hr on a three lane heavily trafficked overpass, waiting for help.. I was scared... Trucks flying close by my car made the car sway! Bad experience! Then get to Case Fiat in Davies and they kept me for over an hour just getting me a loaner car! I was furious! A group of 20 plus year olds must run this place! I think most just wanted to eat lunch and burn the clock.... Not sure what is wrong with "their" car. I'm scared to drive it after my bad experience! Beware of cheap fiat's!

My husband purchased a car on June 14,rec a temp tag before he left. Forward to Friday, July 10 we had never received a tag and tried to call but the online numbers were not for Honda. For some reason he never was handed a card and forgot to ask. We drove the 40 min ,since we live in Coconut Creek , and was told by the cashier we don't have it. Spoke to Adriana Bono and was told it was mailed July 9 and to wait. Meanwhile my tag was expiring on July 13 so I hoped they were right. Well of course Tuesday July 14 the tag never came so we now we're driving with an expired tag. I have never had a tag take 1 month but things happen. I called a bunch of times was disconnected 4 times told the operator I was disconnected and was told I put you on hold I didn't disconnect you, trust me she did! Finally I was connected to Linda in title and was told again it was mailed. I was cut off 3 times about how I have to wait and nothing she can do. I was trying to tell her I live in a condo and a tow company cruises the complex and gave me a warning that I will get towed Wednesday due to an expired tag. She again told me its in the mail I will print a reg for your tag and you can show it to whoever. The tow company comes between 12 and 5 and I was told registration didn't matter if there isn't a valid tag you will get towed. I then again tried to explain and then I told her I want to speak with a manager. She hung up on me! I then called Adriana Bono and she said she would look into it and I never heard back, have txt to prove that. I had to get my step father in charge since my husband was working and when he spoke to Linda she told him I hung up on her. There us no way I would have all I wanted was a resolution to a problem not caused by me. My step father was told about the same thing I was. My husband called when he got home and finally got the answer I was trying to get about a new temp tag. So he drove again to Rick case and they tried the same B. S. Until he had it got angry and said if I get towed not only are you paying I'm coming up here and I'm not going to be happy. I can't believe how rude and unaccommodating your dealership us. I'm am very disappointed since we could have gone to a bunch of dealerships closer and we picked you because we bought our Camry when it was Autonation and we had a good experience. I can tell you our lease is up on our other car in 15 mon and we will be going to another dealership! Joanne Douma
